1. Double girder overhead crane with trolley series use fixed wire rope electric hoist as lifting mechanism (Main hook and Auxiliary hook). fixed on bi-rail trolley, fitted with double girder bridge.
2. This overhead crane is heavy duty class overhead crane, the capacity from 5ton to 50 ton. The span from 10.5m to31.5m, the working grade is A5-A6. working temperature within -25 to +40 centigrade.
3. This overhead crane (bridge crane) is characterized by more reasonable structure and higher strength steel as a whole, the main beam and end carriage are made by U-section steel plate.
4. Widely used in machinery fabrication, metallurgical plant auxiliary workshop, storage, stock ground, and power station.
5. It is also can be used as regular double-girder overhead crane in Textile industry or food industry.
6. It is forbidden to use in inflammable, explosive or erosion environment.

Single girder VS Double girder overhead bridge crane
1. Girder Stength: A common misconception is that double girder bridge cranes are more durable. Based on the CMAA (Crane Manufacturers Association of America) specifications, both single and double girder cranes are equally rigid, strong, and durable. This is because single girder cranes use much stronger cross girders than double girder cranes, and single girder cranes have lateral bracing.
2. Hook Height: The principle difference between single and double girder cranes is hook height (how far above the floor your hoist will lift). Double girder cranes provide better hook height.
3. Cost Considerations: Single girder cranes may cost less for several reasons:
